Charlie Richardson leads the insurance sector group. He is a nationally recognized leader in insurance law and public policy. Charlie assists insurance companies and others with all types of corporate, federal legislative, regulatory, public policy and compliance matters. He practices in the area of insurance company rehabilitations and liquidations, including representation of the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations and the National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds.
