Listed below are a few examples of the transportation-related projects we have worked on:

• FaegreBD Consulting, which has played a key role in transportation reauthorization and regulatory issues for more than 20 years, has had a wide range of successes in many transportation issues. For one client, FaegreBD Consulting secured more than $20 million to build parking garages, a bus transfer center and a new operations center in the Midwest.
• FaegreBD Consulting secured $8.95 million for a joint development project — a collaborative effort among a city, university and 17 businesses and civic organizations — to construct and provide parking and transit access to 11,000 university students. This textbook example of a joint development project has provided additional revenue for our clients from commercial space and parking leases. The project will also enhance transportation coordination via a multi-modal facility (inter-city buses) and will lead to increased transit use by offering better, more convenient transit service to students at the university. The facility incorporates parking to replace surface parking that has been located on the site and will provide a new source of transit revenue through long-term parking leases. Importantly, the project will generate additional ridership by providing convenient transit access to 11,000 university students and additional revenue through commercial space and parking leases.
