Baker & Daniels and B&D; Consulting invite you to attend the ELA's Annual Conference, which will provide a forum to discuss current education law issues with experts from around the world. This year, the school law team of Baker & Daniels and B&D; Consulting have worked together with the Education Law Association to provide a special day-long, pre-conference seminar — specifically related to Indiana school law issues. This session takes place October 21, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Specific areas for discussion during the Indiana seminar include: underperforming schools, office of civil rights new procedures and opportunities, education policy issues, student discipline issues and legal developments in special education.
