Dr. Phillip Singerman of B&D; Consulting will be a panelist at the IEDC 2010 Federal Economic Development's Pre-Forum Workshop on April 18^th, titled "Stimulus and Beyond: Accessing Federal Funds." Dr. Singerman will discuss:

• how to access funding for communities in the Recovery Act and beyond;
• preparing applications;
• what federal agencies are looking for; and
• ways to leverage funding opportunities for greater impact.
