WASHINGTON, D.C. — B&D; Consulting's national education team has formed a strategic alliance with a regional leader in school improvement that will enable both organizations to provide services to an increasing number of schools.
Through a multi-year partnership with the Elsie C. Leak Educational Consortium, Inc., based in Durham, North Carolina, B&D; Consulting is adding the resources necessary to expand into other markets, particularly the Southeast, where it seeks to replicate its success turning around low-performing schools in the Midwest.
