B&D; Consulting Expands to Chicago with B&D; Equity Property Tax Group
WASHINGTON – B&D Consulting, a division of Baker & Daniels LLP, is expanding its national services to the property tax industry with the addition of B&D Equity Property Tax Group in Chicago.
"The property tax group gives us entry into the Chicago market and aligns with our strategic growth initiative," said Brian K. Burke, CEO and chairman of Baker & Daniels. "We're excited to have the group join us and extend consulting services to the Chicago area."

B&D Equity Property Tax Group brings more than 55 years of experience in Chicagoland and national property tax matters with Norman J. Quinn III, who has been named President; Tina M. Beilke, Vice President; and Kevin B. Corser, Tax Manager.
In 1999, Quinn founded Equity Property Tax Group LLC, a subsidiary of Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago where he served as Vice President of Property Taxes. Before that, Quinn spent 11 years with Equity Group Investments Inc. in Chicago, including acting as Director of Mortgage Services and as Vice President of Property Taxes.
Prior to joining B&D Equity Property Tax Group, Beilke was Senior Property Tax Manager and Corser a Senior Analyst at the Equity Property Tax Group in Chicago. Beilke formerly worked at Equity Group Investments in Chicago and McDonald's Corporation in Oak Brook, Ill. Corser was a Senior Tax Coordinator at Equity Group Investments in Chicago.
