Christopher Foster Joins B&D; Consulting Energy, Climate & Environmental Group
WASHINGTON — Christopher A. Foster, a 10-year veteran in the U.S. House of Representatives, joined B&D; Consulting as a Vice President on the firm's energy, climate and environment group.
Before affiliating with B&D; Consulting, Foster was Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for U.S. Rep. Mary Bono Mack of California for almost four years. He developed coalition support for the Congresswoman's bipartisan agenda while she was serving on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Foster also oversaw Congresswoman Mack's portfolio on a wide range of issues, including energy, environment and health care.
Foster earlier served for four years on the legislative staff of the U.S. House's Natural Resources Committee. Foster's first position in Washington came as Senior Legislative Assistant for Mack in 2000.
