Jennifer Schubert Joins B&D; Equity Property Tax Group

CHICAGO — Jennifer M. Schubert has joined B&D; Equity Property Tax Group as a senior property tax analyst.

Schubert is responsible for integration and management of client accounts, systems integration, budgeting, reporting requirements and valuation analysis. She provides strong technical support and management in areas critical to B&D; Equity Property Tax Group operations. Her years of national account management experiences help to insure that the group consistently provides the highest level of service to clients.  

Before joining B&D; Equity Property Tax Group, Schubert spent almost 10 years with National Tax Search LLC, a provider of commercial and residential property tax management services for mortgage companies, financial institutions, title companies and real estate owners nationwide. As agency department manager for the final 6½ years at NTS in Chicago, she hired, trained and supervised internal staff and offsite contractors in providing customer service and tax services. Schubert also worked with private and governmental tax collection agencies.

Schubert, a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, earned a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo.
