Joshua Andrews, Erin O'Malley and Beena Patel Promoted at B&D; Consulting
WASHINGTON — B&D; Consulting has announced the promotion of three professionals in 2011:
- Joshua L. Andrews to Vice President on the firm's energy, climate and environment team. Andrews, formerly an Assistant Vice President, utilizes his experience working in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate to advise clients on legislative challenges and opportunities on a wide range of issues.
- Erin E. O'Malley to Assistant Vice President with B&D; Consulting's health and life sciences group. Formerly a public policy specialist, O'Malley advises clients on legislative and regulatory health policy developments and other key issues impacting their communities and businesses.
- Beena S. Patel to Assistant Vice President on the firm's public sector team. Promoted from public policy specialist, Patel focuses primarily on communities and local governments and higher education policy issues, as well as budget and appropriations matters for federal research funding.
