Faegre Baker Daniels Consulting senior director Bo Kemp was quoted in The Times of Northwest Indiana about possible developments in Gary, Indiana near the airport. He has been helping to spearhead economic development efforts in the area.

Kemp mentioned that there are opportunities for access roads or logistics operations to develop on the usable land. He commented that the city has not been investing much into its infrastructure and will essentially be starting from scratch.
