Jennifer Hallowell Adds Depth and Versatility to FaegreBD Government Advocacy and Consulting Group

[email protected]Indianapolis (22-February-2016) - Jennifer Hallowell has joined FaegreBD Consulting as a director with the firm’s government advocacy and consulting group in Indianapolis, where she provides 20 years of experience in organizational and project management, issue advocacy, public relations, and marketing.
Hallowell is an accomplished professional in strategic planning, message development and crisis communications. She navigates challenging situations while managing relationships, teams and operating budgets.
She has spearheaded successful efforts at the federal, state and local levels. After launching Hallowell Consulting LLC in 2009, she served as the consultant for Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson, U.S. Congressman Luke Messer, and Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness. Hallowell was the political advisor to former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard and the architect of his re-election. During that time, she served as a consultant for the Michigan Republican Party during the 2010 gubernatorial election and she later coordinated digital advertising for a successful multi-million-dollar ballot referendum in Michigan. She was also active in Indianapolis in the Citizens for Wishard Hospital public referendum which resulted in the construction of Eskenazi Health.

Hallowell’s extensive campaign history includes serving as the director of political strategy for Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels in his first election. On the national level, she was a regional campaign manager for U.S. Senator John McCain’s presidential campaign and she was the New Hampshire state director for former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s presidential campaign. Hallowell is also a former executive director of the Indiana Republican Party.

Hallowell has also served as the executive director of the Indiana Leadership Forum (ILF), an organization dedicated to preparing many of Indiana’s emerging business and community leaders for greater involvement in government and civic engagement.
