Andrew Wheeler of B&D Consulting will join a faculty composed of senior public officials, congressional staff, federal and state regulators and enforcement attorneys, experienced private and corporate practitioners, and public interest advocates from across the country to provide a timely, in-depth analysis of the Clean Air Act.
