Frank's extensive experience with health issues and organizations advances his consulting work with academic medical centers, professional associations and businesses serving the health care system. He particularly focuses on contract and research grant issues.
Insurance & Financial Services
Frank regularly advises clients on financial services regulatory issues, including the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other financial regulatory enforcement agencies.
Food & Agriculture
Frank also represents trade associations in the food and agriculture industry, providing analysis and strategy implementation regarding the impact by Food Safety Modernization Act regulations.
Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Frank served as the Chief Counsel for Advocacy at the United States Small Business Administration. He also served as legislative counsel to the National Federation of Independent Business and previously working in private practice in New York.
