Heather A. Vath

Equity Property Tax Group, Senior Analyst

As a senior property tax analyst, Heather Vath is responsible for client accounts, system integration and valuation analysis. She provides management support in the modeling and analysis of all types of property tax matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, parcel management and general valuation work. She also performs market research and other client projects. 

Before joining FaegreBD Consulting's Equity Property Tax Group, Heather spent more than seven years with Flanagan Bilton, LLC, a national property tax firm specializing in commercial property tax matters. Her titles included assistant tax analyst and then Cook County commercial property tax analyst. Heather focused on the management of her own portfolio of clients. Her duties included analyzing necessary financial documents, database management, filing of appeals and an acting liaison between the client and assessor's office. In her initial position, Heather provided appeal support services nationally.
